Assistant Principals directly coach and manage a subset of the school’s teachers, building strong relationships with teachers and ensuring that they possess the skills, content knowledge, and mindsets essential to leading outstanding classrooms. Assistant Principals leverage a variety of coaching approaches, including (but not limited to) frequent observations, feedback, practice, data analysis, and content internalization to support teachers in evolving their craft and increasing the student learning and growth in their classrooms.
