Sales Support Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Manager to oversee and optimize sales processes, ensuring seamless CRM management, compliance, and quality assurance. This role is crucial in supporting the sales team by monitoring sales cycles, managing commissions, coordinating location expansion, and ensuring adherence to organizational processes and policies.


What you will do
  • Oversee the development, customization, and maintenance of the CRM system (e.g., Zoho) to meet organizational needs.
  • Ensure adherence to sales cycles and processes set within the CRM by the sales team.
  • Conduct regular CRM audits to identify and address any compliance deviations or usage gaps.
  • Monitor and audit sales cycles to ensure accurate tracking of customer stages, completion of required documentation, and reallocation of unclosed deals to other sales channels.
  • Provide regular reports to management on sales cycle adherence and recommend process improvements.
  • Approve and oversee scheduling changes to maintain alignment with the location coverage plan.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to address scheduling gaps and optimize resource allocation.
  • Develop and implement compliance processes to meet regulatory and organizational standards (e.g., GDPR compliance and customer complaint handling).
  • Monitor compliance adherence and resolve any issues with corrective measures.
  • Calculate monthly commissions for sales team members ensuring accuracy and alignment with performance metrics.
  • Oversee timely and accurate commission disbursements.
  • Resolve commission-related inquiries or disputes promptly.
  • Implement remote methods to monitor agents’ attendance and adherence while maintaining team morale.
  • Communicate irregularities or non-compliance issues to the Sales Manager for resolution.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage new sales locations in line with budget plans.
  • Manage relationships with sales locations, ensuring timely resolution of escalations and accurate invoicing.
  • Regularly review and optimize the performance of sales locations.
  • Handle quality complaints related to sales activities, as reported by the business operations team.
  • Document, communicate, and resolve complaints by implementing corrective actions with the sales team.
  • Maintain a detailed log of complaints and resolutions to drive process improvements.


To succeed in the role, you’ll need to have:
  • Proven experience in sales support or a similar role, with a strong understanding of CRM systems.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with compliance and quality assurance processes.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
