About the role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our People team. You'll play a crucial role in helping us find the right people to deliver our mission, while supporting the full recruitment process and improving the candidate experience, employer brand and hiring culture.
Your role
- Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media and proactive outreach
- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screenings and first-round interviews to identify potential candidates
- Coordinate interviews and support hiring managers throughout the process
- Ensure a great candidate experience from first contact to offer
- Conduct reference and background checks on potential candidates
- Collaborate with People Lead on offers and hiring decisions
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and identify areas for improvement
- Stay updated on market trends and share best practices with the team
- Support employer branding efforts and engage with relevant communities
About you
To be considered for the role, here are the skills we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
- At least 1-2 years of work experience in a Talent Acquisition or Recruitment role
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools: you are comfortable with recruitment software
- Strong sourcing skills and the ability to use various platforms and channels to identify key people: you know how to find the right people in a crowd
- You are a great communicator and a team player
- You are organised, self-motivated and time-conscious
- A strong sense of ownership and initiative
- You know employment laws and regulations in this field.
- You love recruiting and keeping up with the industry trends
- Proficiency in both Portuguese and English languages is required
It will be a plus if you
- Have worked in healthcare or technology industry before
- Have experience with diversity and inclusion initiatives
