The fully remote Clinical Staff Services Manager is responsible for ensuring the seamless onboarding, credentialing, and ongoing support of our clinical team, including leading communications and the implementation of new clinician workflows and/or tools. This role is crucial to maintaining compliance, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing the clinician’s experience and preparedness to perform patient care.

Responsibilities: - Clinician Onboarding & Ongoing Support
- Facilitate and manage all administrative and communication aspects of clinician onboarding, including scheduling sessions, providing onboarding materials, and serving as a primary point of contact for new hires.
- Streamline onboarding processes to ensure new providers are efficiently integrated, properly licensed, and enrolled with payers in a timely manner.
- Establish and oversee processes to track and maintain Continuing Medical Education (CME)/Continuing Education (CE) requirements necessary for licensure.
- Lead efforts to ensure clinician resources are kept up to date
- Support the facilitation of on-going education and professional development by collaborating to identify internal SMEs and external experts to provide various presentations, learning materials and other resources
- Project Management & Operational Efficiency
- Develop and implement systems to improve efficiency in provisioning new clinicians, ensuring they are ready to begin patient care while maintainingaccurate provider records.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and manage risk related to provider credentials and licensing.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization in clinician support and administrative workflows.
- Licensing, Credentialing & Privileging Readiness
- Support the credentialing, privileging, and compliance processes by managing clinician documentation, including licenses and required certifications.
- Act as an internal liaison to ensure all provider files are up-to-date and meet regulatory and accreditation standards.
- Oversee provider licensing and renewal processes, maintaining licensing records and collaborating with internal teams or external partners to ensure timely licensure and renewal.
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 3+ years in healthcare operations, and demonstrated knowledge of clinician licensing and credentialing processes
- Strong project management skills with the ability to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency using data driven insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to details is critical
- Demonstrated experience managing or leading interdisciplinary clinical team inthe implementation of new initiatives and cross-functional projects.
- Skilled at delivering strong internally facing service and support
- You believe in inclusive, compassionate care.
- Ideally, you have a deep understanding of healthcare workflows and patient care demands.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, growing healthcare environment with competing priorities.
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a big plus.
- You are excited to work with a collaborative team of physicians, APC’s, registered dietitians, medical assistants, registered nurses, pharmacists, and other staff.
- Must have access to high-speed internet and phone lines to support a fully remote practice.
$95,000 - $105,000 a year
