Talent Acquisition Specialist

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Full-Desk Recruiter to join our team in the ABA industry. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruiting process, including business development, candidate sourcing, and placement coordination. You will play a critical role in connecting passionate professionals with meaningful opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

· Proactively source, screen and recruit candidates for center-based ABA roles.

· Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through various platforms.

Talent Sourcing & Recruitment:

· Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates in the ABA industry, including Behavior Technicians (BTs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), and administrative staff.

· Utilize job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and professional associations to build a strong talent pipeline.

· Screen, interview, and assess candidates to match organizational needs and culture.

- Conduct 25 virtual interviews per week

- 25 phone calls per day

Placement Coordination:

· Present qualified candidates to internal department leadership and coordinate interviews.

· Manage offer negotiations

· Provide follow-up support to ensure successful placements and retention.

Market Research & Insights:

· Stay informed about trends and challenges in the ABA industry, including licensing requirements, salary benchmarks, and workforce demands.

· Provide market intelligence to leadership to guide hiring decisions.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience as a full-desk recruiter, preferably in the healthcare or ABA field.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

· Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.

· Ability to manage multiple candidates and requisitions simultaneously.

· Results-driven mindset with a passion for connecting talent with meaningful opportunities.

Preferred Skills:

· Experience recruiting for RBTs, BCBAs, and ABA support roles.

· Knowledge of state and national ABA certifications and licensure requirements.

· Familiarity with industry platforms such as Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) resources.

Compensation:

· $55k Base Salary
