Reporting to the Chief Finance Officer (CFO), the Vice President (VP) of Finance will be a key leader in driving financial strategy and performance. As a strategic partner to the CFO, the VP of Finance will guide financial planning, lead strategic initiatives to support business growth, and play a critical role in, if not lead, investor relations. This highly visible role offers a unique opportunity to meaningfully shape the future of our financial operations. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, self-starter, effective communicator, brings a focus on continuous improvement, and enjoys collaborating with people with a diverse set of talents, in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
The annual salary range for this full-time position is $250,000-$300,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Actual salary ranges will be based on job-related factors, including exact work location, experience, relevant training and education, and skill level.
