We are looking for a Summer Trainee, Learning Design Specialist to join our Operational Excellence team. You will play a vital role in assisting in various learning and development initiatives, particularly in the creation and enhancement of eLearning content using tools such as Articulate360 and SuccessFactor. Your responsibilities will include collaborating on the design and development of engaging eLearning materials, and contributing to the creation of various tools that support business processes, while also providing assistance with any other pending L&D related tasks. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with experienced team members, enhance your cooperation skills, and build a network among the best talents in the industry. The position is based in Espoo, with the possibility of remote work.

What kind of talent are we looking for?  

This role is ideal for a technical or design student passionate about learning design and operational excellence. We value teamwork, proactive and hard-working attitude, and enthusiasm for personal development. Given our highly international work environment, proficiency in English and the courage to collaborate in a global setting are essential.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in suitable technical, or design studies at a university or polytechnic, preferably with a focus on learning or instructional design.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in designing and developing eLearning content, for example, with tools such as Articulate360.
• A creative and proactive mindset.
• Attention to detail, ability to absorb information, and excellent collaboration, presentation, and communication skills are recommended.
• Submission of a portfolio or work examples showcasing past experience in learning design is considered as a plus.
