Junior Data Management Group Coordinator

The work can be managed remotely – with time-to-time office presence depending on the team’s agreement and the demand of the respective professional area – from any location in Hungary. In case of some company events, office attendance is expected from the colleagues. Technical conditions for working from home are fully in place.

Overall Purpose of Job:

Support the global master data activities in the different areas. Run processes regarding maintenance of vendor and customer master data.

Main tasks, roles and responsibilities:

• Maintenance of vendor and customer master data
• Maintenance of business partner master data
• Support in the central master data team
• Execute knowledge transfer and ensure documentation is created to enable the sustainability of services.
• Develop thorough knowledge transfer framework and ensure documentation is delivered to enable sustainability of services 
• Support of the global master data quality control based on control reports (completion, actuality, potential deviations)

Experiences and requirements:

Education 

• Collage graduation

Work experiences – time/seniority/ sector:

• Practical experience in a mass production facility, ideally in the automotive industry
• Knowledge of maintenance of vendor and customer master data

(at KOSTAL: SAP R3)

• Good understanding of the different master data types

Technical/ IT knowledge:

• Good understanding of Office tools

Language – with level: 

• Good spoken and written English language skills.
