Marketing & Communications Manager

Looking to start the New Year with a new role? We’re looking for a passionate Marketing & Communications Manager to join KPMG’s Brand team. 


The opportunity:
  • In this role, you'll be responsible for the development and delivery of strategic marketing and communication activities across multiple channels including content, social media, website, events, e-Marketing and public relations.
  • You'll be stepping into a varied portfolio working across campaigns, thought leadership and strategic partnerships that enhance KPMG's brand in market and align to the firm's purpose of fuelling New Zealand's prosperity, alongside strategic goals and objectives.
  • The Marketing & Communications Manager will report into the Marketing & Communications Lead and will be joining a supportive and social team who are passionate about bringing KPMG’s business-to-business services to life for both our external and internal audiences. 


Day to day you will:
  • Plan, develop and implement high-quality, integrated campaigns that support and deliver on divisional objectives, budgets and timeframes
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, understanding their markets and client groups, to deliver effective campaigns that create impact with the target audience
  • Confidentially provide specialised advice and guidance, alongside content creation, to stakeholder groups
  • Support the Marketing & Communications Lead with delivery of internal and external firm communications, and online activity including website, social and intranet.
  • Work collaboratively with the CRM team to deliver e-Marketing initiatives and campaigns
  • Work collaboratively with Website Specialist to create and update web content.


What you'll bring:
  • 7+ years of relevant Marketing and/or Communications experience.
  • Proven background in creating, managing and implementing campaigns utilising the full marketing mix
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting
  • Campaign analysis skills 
  • Ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ability to work at pace and manage several priorities simultaneously, as well as a willingness to flex and adapt as priorities change
  • Willingness and ability to “roll up sleeves” when required
  • Professional Services or B2B marketing/communications experience will be an advantage.
