KSI Auto Parts is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our teams call center. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking incoming calls from customers to place their orders for Collision parts. The representative will use various applications and screens to process orders, research parts when necessary, and provide accurate and efficient service to customers. The representative will need to have strong communication and computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Scheduling:
The Customer Service Call Center Representative position at KSI Auto Parts will work 5 days a week for 8 hours a day, with a varying schedule that may include evenings and weekends. The hours of operation for the call center are Monday-Saturday from 7AM-7PM. The specific schedule will be determined based on business needs and may vary.
