Executive Assistant in global fintech company

This is a unique opportunity to support a dynamic and influential leader of a global business, who also holds several portfolio positions. The role is ideal for an experienced Executive Assistant seeking to step up their career, gain exposure to high-level operations, and benefit from opportunities for personal and professional development.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support:

  • Manage complex calendars, appointments, and scheduling.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and communications on behalf of the executive.
  • Prepare and edit presentations, reports, and documents.
  • Manage travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and itineraries.

Financial and Administrative Management:

  • Process expenses, reimbursements, and banking tasks.
  • Oversee budgets for executive-related activities.
  • Maintain confidentiality with sensitive financial and business matters.

Team and Domestic Coordination:

  • Liaise with and manage domestic tradespeople.
  • Supervise and coordinate a small domestic team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Project Management:
  • Utilise modern software (e.g., Google Suite, CRM systems, Airtable) to streamline processes and support project management.
  • Confidently make and manage phone calls for scheduling, coordination, and follow-ups.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong proficiency in modern software tools, including Google Suite; familiarity with CRMs or Airtable is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with confidence in liaising over the phone and managing professional relationships.
  • Ability to work autonomously while maintaining a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
