Receptionist & Customer Service Associate

Kube-Pak is looking for a full-time Receptionist & Customer Service Associate to join our team. Responsibilities include:

• Greet customers, check them in and check them out. Customer volume varies seasonally.
• Greet other visitors and direct them as needed.

• Enter and maintain customer orders.

• Answer incoming customer phone calls to answer questions and work with Office Manager to direct other requests.
• Assist Office Manager with administrative tasks to support sales, shipping and other critical office functions.
• Develop relationships with some key existing customer accounts and ensure their customer service needs are met.

• Experience in an office environment preferred.
• Basic office computer skills are required. Familiarity with Microsoft Office preferred, particularly Outlook and Excel.
• Knowledge of gardening and plants is not a requirement but we are looking for a willingness to learn.
• Some Saturday hours required during peak Spring season
