Litigation Attorney - First Party Property

The Orlando office of Kubicki Draper seeks an associate Attorney with 4+ years of insurance defense experience in Florida, preferably in the area of First Party Property.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Draft and review substantive pleadings and motions, respond to discoveries, and drive motions.
• Attend/chair hearings, depositions, mediations, and meetings with clients, as well as negotiate settlements.

• Must be proficient in the use of Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint & Excel
• Communicate in a highly effective manner with colleagues and clients
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment

• Previous experience in litigation, particularly in the areas of Insurance Defense, 1st Party Property, and Third Party Property a plus

• Licensed member of the Florida Bar and in good standing
