The Position
Reporting to the HR Manager for the United States of America, you will play a key role as an HR Generalist:
● Support our three plants in the US (75% of your time).
● Contribute to national or global HR projects alongside the global team (25% of your time).
In this dynamic role, you’ll be at the heart of the HR department, gaining a comprehensive view of the employee lifecycle at Labelink.

Your Playground Across Three Plants:
● HR Point of Contact: Respond to general employee inquiries.
● Recruitment: Manage the process, from needs analysis to hiring.
● Onboarding and Integration: Coordinate and support the onboarding of new employees.
● Compliance: Ensure adherence to Federal and State laws (training, health and safety, etc.).
● Training: Organize, document, and manage training activities, including supplier selection.
● HR Policies: Ensure compliance with and implementation of HR policies.
● Administration: Manage HR files, letters, and requests in collaboration with the manager and payroll.
● Communication: Promote the employer brand through internal and external initiatives and communications.
● Events: Represent HR during social activities and events.
● Special Projects: Actively participate in strategic projects such as the implementation of HRIS and recognition programs.
● And more! Contribute to an HR offering focused on ethics, care, and efficiency.
Working Conditions
● Permanent full-time position, 40 hours per week.
● Potential to work from home one day a week.
● Start date: February/March 2025.
Pay is based on prior experience as an HR Coordinator or similar role.

Your Profile
● Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
● 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role.
● Strong ability to collaborate and work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
● Action-oriented with a focus on results and both internal and external customer service.
● Resourceful, proactive, and eager to learn and grow.
● Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
