Intake Specialist

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Intake Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients and play a critical role in gathering, verifying, and processing client information to ensure seamless onboarding. The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal skills, a solid understanding of intake procedures, and the ability to manage a high volume of cases with accuracy and empathy.

• Serve as the primary liaison for new clients, conducting initial screenings and assessments to determine eligibility and service needs.
• Collect and verify all necessary documentation, ensuring completeness and compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
• Accurately input client data into case management or CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., case managers, legal staff, clinicians, or sales) to ensure timely follow-up and handoffs.
• Maintain detailed and confidential client records in accordance with data protection laws and company standards.
• Answer client inquiries professionally and promptly via phone, email, or in-person.
• Track and report on intake metrics and trends to help improve operational efficiency.
• Assist with continuous improvement of intake processes and documentation standards.
