We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Test Operations Manager with a strong background in manual testing and hardware experience to lead our testing team. In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and improvement of testing processes for hardware and integrated systems. • Test Strategy & Planning
• Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies for hardware and system integration.
• Define test objectives, resource requirements, schedules, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish testing requirements and expectations.
• Operations Management
• Oversee day-to-day test operations, ensuring seamless execution of manual testing for hardware and integrated systems.
• Manage test labs and ensure all equipment is calibrated, functional, and maintained.
• Optimize processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and repeatability in testing workflows.
• Team Leadership
• Lead and mentor a team of testers, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new team members to meet operational needs.
• Test Execution & Reporting
• Ensure thorough and accurate execution of manual tests for hardware components and systems.
• Review and analyze test results, providing detailed reports to stakeholders.
• Identify, document, and track defects or issues, collaborating with engineering teams to resolve them.
• Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement
• Drive adherence to quality standards and testing best practices.
• Evaluate existing test processes and recommend improvements.
• Implement and monitor KPIs to measure the effectiveness of testing operations.
• Collaboration & Communication
• Work closely with engineering, product development, and project management teams to align testing efforts with project goals.
• Serve as the main point of contact for testing-related inquiries and updates.
