Operations Associate (Preventative Maintenance/ Quality EXperience)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Associate with a strong manufacturing and industrial background to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in preventive maintenance, quality control, and operational efficiency. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth functioning of our production processes, maintaining equipment reliability, and upholding quality standards.

• Operational Support:
• Assist in day-to-day manufacturing operations to ensure production targets are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflow efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Provide support for inventory management, ensuring materials and tools are available for production.
• Act as a liaison between operations, maintenance, and quality teams to resolve production challenges.
• Preventative Maintenance:
• Develop and execute preventative maintenance schedules for production equipment.
• Perform routine inspections to identify potential equipment issues and address them proactively.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize disruptions to production schedules.
• Recommend and implement equipment upgrades or replacements to improve reliability.
• Quality Assurance:
• Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
• Perform inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
• Document quality metrics and identify trends or areas for improvement.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective action implementation for quality issues.
• Train team members on quality procedures and best practices.
