Project Manager (Case Management Experience)- Primarily Remote

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Project Manager with a strong background in case management to lead and oversee projects that support client services and program delivery. In this role, you will manage end-to-end project lifecycles while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in case management, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams to deliver impactful results. This position is primarily remote but requires candidates to visit Herndon, VA occasionally for meetings.

• Project Planning & Execution
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Oversee the implementation of case management systems and processes to ensure operational efficiency.
• Monitor project progress, address risks, and resolve issues promptly.
• Stakeholder Collaboration
• Work closely with case managers, program staff, and leadership to align project objectives with organizational needs.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure expectations are clearly defined and met.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries and updates.
• Process Improvement
• Evaluate current case management practices and recommend enhancements for greater efficiency and client outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to integrate technology or innovative solutions to streamline workflows.
• Budget & Resource Management
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring alignment with financial constraints.
• Allocate resources effectively to meet project demands while minimizing costs.
• Team Leadership
• Guide and motivate project teams to achieve milestones and deliverables.
• Provide mentorship and support to case management staff during transitions or system upgrades.
• Conduct regular team meetings to track progress and address challenges.
• Reporting & Documentation
• Prepare detailed project reports and presentations for stakeholders and leadership.
• Maintain accurate records of project plans, decisions, and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards.
