Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Operations Manager with a strong background in science and proven experience in R&D or manufacturing management. This role will oversee the technical aspects of operations, bridging the gap between research, development, and production, to ensure optimal performance, innovation, and quality.

Responsibilities:- Operational Leadership
- Oversee daily operations of R&D, manufacturing, or production teams, ensuring compliance with established standards and deadlines.
- Develop, implement, and optimize processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
- Manage and allocate technical resources effectively to meet project goals and company objectives.
- Project Management
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to execute R&D and manufacturing projects.
- Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges that arise during development and production.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with the R&D, engineering, and quality assurance teams to align operations with company goals.
- Serve as a technical liaison between internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Present updates and technical data to stakeholders, including executives, clients, and regulatory bodies.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Implement and monitor quality control measures to maintain product integrity and performance.
- Support audits and inspections as needed, providing documentation and technical expertise.
- Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Drive innovation by identifying and implementing new technologies, methodologies, and processes.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging feedback and new ideas from team members.
- Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive practices.
