As a Outside Sales Representative for our client, you will:

• Educate homeowners on the benefits of home improvement solutions that add value and sustainability to their properties.
• Meet with homeowners through set appointments to assess roofing needs, and provide tailored recommendations and quotes
• Turn company-generated leads into long-term customer relationships and completed sales.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments through team meetings and research.
• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity to grow customer relationships and improve sales outcomes.
• Build trust with customers and foster long-term connections.
• Maintain accurate and confidential customer information.
• Present information effectively in individual or small group settings.
• Address customer questions and concerns, tailoring solutions to their unique needs.

Our ideal Outside Sales Representative meets the following requirements:

• 1+ year of sales experience (roofing or home improvement experience a plus).
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals efficiently and professionally.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present information clearly, address customer concerns, and build rapport.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, stay organized, and consistently meet sales goals.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client locations as needed.
• A customer-centric mindset focused on providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• A team-oriented attitude with a passion for helping others and making a positive impact.
