As part of our expansion, we're seeking passionate, motivated individuals to join our team as a Solar Sales Representative.

• Engage with the community: Go to pre-set solar appointments
• Provide information: Educate homeowners on solar energy, the savings they can expect, and how our company can help them make the switch.
• Generate leads: Gather information from interested homeowners to pass along to our sales team for follow-up.
• Close Sales: Follow-up on previously set appointments to close sales and generate revenue.
• Track progress: Keep accurate records of interactions and outcomes in our CRM system.
• Work as a team: Collaborate with other canvassing team members to meet daily and weekly goals.
• Excellent communication skills: You must be able to clearly explain complex ideas and engage with a wide range of people.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented: We're looking for individuals who are driven to meet goals and help homeowners transition to solar energy.
• Experience is a plus: Prior experience in canvassing, sales, or customer service is helpful, but not required.
