Reports to: Training and Development Specialist
Location: Central - Manheim, PA
Hours Commitment: 40-45 hours per week with some weekend responsibilities
Objective: The Content and Experience Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the design, implementation, and coordination of learning and development initiatives across the organization. This individual will work closely with various departments to ensure that our employees receive high-quality products, process, and training that align with organizational goals and promote employee development.

Content and Experience Coordinator Qualifications- 3 years’ experience of direct or in direct training and development.
- Proven experience in coordinating learning and development environments.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training technologies.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
Content and Experience Coordinator Responsibilities- Training Program Coordination:
- Collaborate with department & Ministry Directors and subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop effective learning courses and trainings.
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, room & travel arrangements, and necessary materials.
- Content Development and Review:
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of training materials, ensuring content is up-to-date, relevant, and engaging.
- Review and update existing training materials to meet evolving ministry needs and industry standards.
- Learning Management System (LMS) Administration:
- Manage the LCBC LMS (LCBC Learn), including user enrollment, content upload, tracking of employee progress and system enhancements.
- Generate reports to assess the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Onboarding Support:
- Work collaboratively with Team Development and Resourcing to integrate new and current learning initiatives into the onboarding process for new hires.
- Help in creating training schedules and materials associate with Rockumentation, LCBC Learn, LCBC IN, LCBC U and the first 90 days.
- Communication and Promotion:
- Communicate training schedules, updates, and resources to employees through various channels.
- Promote a positive learning culture within the organization through internal communications and events.
- Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing timely and effective resolutions related to products, processes, and training roll outs.
- Work with departments and ministries when communication gaps occur related to gaps in procedures or training.
- Employee Engagement:
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, recognition programs, and team-building events.
- Contribute to the development of strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
Evaluation:
The Content and Experience Coordinator will meet regularly with the supervisor for planning, goal-setting, progress updates, and coaching. A formal Action and Development Plan will be completed and reviewed three times throughout the year.
