We are searching for the next Senior Strategic Partner Manager to join our Partnership team. This is a full-time role where you’ll be working with a globally diverse team. The Senior Strategic Partner Manager reports to the SVP of Global Partnerships and works closely with the overall Partnership, Sales, Product, and Marketing Teams. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence through our partner ecosystem.

Core Goals and Responsibilities:

This role will be pivotal in driving Questionmark’s partnership strategy, specifically taking ownership of relationships with key partners (e.g., Workday), driving revenue growth, and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will be an experienced business development professional with a background in corporate learning.   As such, you will have the following key responsibilities:

 

  1. Strategic Partner Management:
    • Act as the primary relationship owner for high-value partners, ensuring mutual success and strategic alignment.
    • Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies, including co-branded initiatives and integrations that enhance Questionmark’s visibility.
    • Drive partner-driven lead generation, revenue growth, and customer acquisition.
  2. Market/Partner Expansion:
    • Leverage deep expertise in corporate learning, government, and talent development to identify and capitalize on market trends.
    • Cultivate relationships with key players in the market to uncover additional reseller, referral, and strategic partnerships.
    • Provide insights on learning and compliance trends to shape product development and marketing strategies.
    • Work cross-functionally to onboard partners, ensuring their readiness to represent Questionmark products.
  3. Collaboration with Sales and Marketing Teams:
    • Act as the primary liaison between key partners and internal teams (sales, marketing, product, and customer success).
    • Support sales efforts by identifying partner-influenced deal opportunities and accelerating pipeline growth.
    • Develop and execute co-branded marketing campaigns, webinars, and thought leadership initiatives.
    • Support partner-led lead generation campaigns and pipeline development.
  4. Market Analysis and Reporting:
    • Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends to refine partnership strategies.
    • Provide structured feedback on market opportunities and strategic alliances.
    • Represent Questionmark at partner conferences.
    • Own quarterly partnership performance reporting, tracking revenue impact and goal alignment

Experience and Skills

Must haves:

  • 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or sales leadership roles within SaaS, EdTech, corporate learning, government, or enterprise software.
  • Proven track record of managing complex partner ecosystems, including enterprise-level alliances.
  • Deep knowledge of corporate learning and HR technology (LMS, LRS, talent management platforms like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, Moodle).
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills with a data-driven approach to partner growth.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

It would be great if you had:

  • Previous experience working in a Business Development and/or Account Management capacity at Workday is a plus.
  • Familiarity with assessment solutions, proctoring technologies, or compliance training tools is preferred.
