About The Role
As our Lead Developer, you will run a product engineering team of 3-5 people, manage sprints, and be responsible for the technical delivery of projects as well as engineering processes and initiatives. You will also contribute code, review pull requests, and provide feedback for designs.
You are a self starter who likes to innovate, and will collaborate closely with our cross-functional team to deliver seamless and intuitive user experiences in Web2 and Web3. Our team is small and everyone makes an outsized impact in the company.
Our team is currently spread between North America and Asia. As this position is remote and meetings are regularly scheduled in the US time zones, some flexibility in meeting hours will be required. You’ll also enjoy traveling a few times a year for onboarding, in-person planning sessions, and client support.
