Weāre looking for a bold Senior Social Media & Brand Manager to join our team!
Your mission: Transform lemlistās social media presence into a must-follow media brand for sales professionals. Youāll create and streamline top-of-funnel (TOFU) and brand-focused content that inspires, entertains, and connects with our audienceāproviding a welcome escape from their daily grind.
This isnāt about sellingāitās about creating content so irresistible that salespeople come to lemlist for a laugh, a break, or a spark of inspiration.
Responsibilities:
Video Production at Scale
Create bold, entertaining, and relatable video content (think bite-sized, funny, situational videos, memes, and more) that resonates with the sales community. Think "Corporate Bro" vibes, but with our unique lemlist flavor.
Podcasts with a Twist
Launch and manage a podcast series with engaging hosts, fresh perspectives, and unexpected angles that captivate sales professionals.
Crazy, Unforgettable Events
Ideate and execute events like xDR job fairs, sales contests, or exclusive networking meetups in standout venuesāand turn them into bite-sized content for broader distribution.
Content Recycling & Amplification
Maximize the impact of every initiative by repurposing content across formats and platforms. For example, transform a wild event into a series of memes, reels, and behind-the-scenes stories.
Community Building on Social Media
Build a loyal following on LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube by sharing content that makes sales teams feel seen, heard, and celebrated.
Brand Advocacy
Champion our brand standpoints through every piece of content, ensuring we stand out in a sea of boring B2B campaigns.

Requirements:
You have at least 3 years of experience in social media management or content creation within a B2B SaaS environment (or equivalent).
Creative Genius: You love creating content that gets likes, laughs, and shares.
Sales Whisperer: You get salespeopleātheir struggles, humor, and what makes them tick.
Video Wizard: You know how to plan, script, and guide video experts/freelances to deliver fast killer short-form videos
Event Rockstar: Youāve planned cool events and know how to turn them into content gold.
Platform Pro: You know TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube like the back of your hand.
Bold Visionary: You believe B2B can be exciting and arenāt afraid to break the mold.
Content Machine: You can turn one idea into endless posts, clips, and stories.
Within 3 months:
Build a detailed content plan to engage and grow our audience across LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
Launch your first viral video series, showcasing your ability to entertain and inspire the sales community.
Within 12 months:
Establish lemlist as a go-to media brand for sales professionals, with measurable growth in followers, engagement, and content reach.
Created relatable video mini series reflecting our brand standpoints that buzz in the sales community and launched with success our TikTok account.
Drafted a signature crazy event that becomes the talk of the sales industry and fuels months of social media content.
Launched a unique and fresh podcast.
