Job Description

We’ve already helped countless Australians on their way to home ownership, but now we’re setting our sights on something bigger! Our vision is to become the undisputed destination for Australians to buy and own property, expanding beyond mortgage broking to offer a Buyer’s Agent service. With this diversified offering, we’re building lifelong relationships with customers and owning the property journey end-to-end.

While this role isn’t actively hiring at the moment, we’re building a talent pool of experienced leaders in the Buyer’s Agent space. By joining our talent community, you’ll be among the first to be considered when we open applications for this exciting opportunity.

As the Manager of Buyer’s Agents, you’ll lead a dynamic and experienced team, empowering them to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive operational excellence. Supported by industry-leading data, technology, and processes, your team will guide customers through their property journey, achieving a higher rate of successful exchanges than industry standards.

What you will do: 

  • Drive operational excellence, coach and train Buyer's Agents, and actively participate in recruitment to scale the team.
  • Ensure the team meets weekly and monthly targets, supporting operational and commercial objectives.
  • Implement strategies to maximise customer satisfaction and successful property exchanges.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine processes, boost productivity, and enhance market expertise.
  • Cultivate relationships with internal and external partners to optimise resources and productivity.
  • Encourage the team's use of the Lendi Platform to enhance customer experience and achieve results.

 

Qualifications

To be considered for future opportunities in this role, you will:

  • Have a proven track record of managing and scaling high-performing teams of Buyer’s Agents.
  • Hold a valid Class 1 or Class 2 Real Estate Licence.
  • Bring strong industry knowledge with the ability to train and mentor a team in real estate best practices.
  • Be data-driven in decision-making, thriving in a target-focused sales environment.
  • Excel in leading teams through rapid change in a fast-paced setting.
  • Be a natural leader who fosters a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing culture.
