What You Will Be Doing

Develop a year-round integrated Public Relations and Communications Plan across all PR and Comms channels

Building and maintaining strong relationships with media outlets, industry stakeholders, and key opinion leaders to enhance the company’s reputation and visibility in the market.

Monitoring the national agenda to create relevant content and strategically position the company in alignment with current trends and priorities.

Producing communication materials such as speeches, presentations, newsletters, and announcements.

Managing the company’s internal communication channels, platforms, and corporate events with full ownership and accountability.Make necessary arrangements for meetings, fairs, exhibition

Identify and develop events, partnerships, and co-branding projects with relevant companies

Write Press Releases to highlight and communicate our news effectively

Organize all internal and external events

Manage PR-related tracking and reports and create highlight presentations

Manage PR agency

Conduct a benchmark regularly with key competitors ( local, national, international) to determine opportunities to improve our PR position


You’ll Be Great For This Role If:

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

8+ years of experience in media relations, corporate communications, or relevant disciplines.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Turkish and English.

Strong capabilities in high-level content creation and editorial work.

Expertise in social media and digital communication strategies.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Proven ability to multitask, remain results-oriented, and meet deadlines effectively.
