LevelUp is a specialist agency that provides WordPress technical support for vendors, agencies and website owners. We have been servicing a number of WordPress companies for over 6 years now and have a rapidly growing team of skilled and passionate WordPress professionals. We are looking to hire a team of Data Entry Specialists for a Fixed Term six (6) month contract.

Position Overview

The Data Entry Specialist role is a fully remote, focused on accurate and efficient manual data entry. The primary responsibilities include transferring data between systems in the correct format, identifying and escalating errors, and maintaining an average handle time of 5 minutes per entry.

• You will be responsible for manual data entry, taking data from one system to entering it into another in the correct format
• You will be responsible for identifying errors in the existing data and following the necessary escalation process where applicable
• You will be responsible for maintaining an average handle time of 5 minutes per entry

• 3+ years of data entry experience
• At least 6 months experience in customer service
• Ability to accurately enter data with minimal errors
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Experience with Salesforce 
• Experience with Zendesk
• WPM 65 - 90

• This is a fully remote position with a standard 40-hour fixed-schedule work week
• It is essential that you have a reliable internet connection as any downtime will significantly impact performance
• The exact work schedule depends on the client that you are assigned to, but is often an afternoon or night schedule and so having flexibility when it comes to schedule is important
• Amenable to shifting schedules, including holidays, night shifts, overtime and weekends
