The best managers are like the best teachers — the ones you remember forever. They don’t just give you tasks; they build your trust. They see what you’re capable of, even when you don’t. They push you, challenge you, and cheer for you, sometimes all in the same breath. Great managers, like great teachers, create a sense of belonging and possibility. They turn everyday work into a place where you grow, not just produce. Long after the projects are done, what sticks with you isn’t the deadlines or the meetings — it’s the way they made you believe you could do more, be more, dream bigger. If you've had even one of them, you get this. If you ARE one of them, we want to meet you.
It's true that people join brands, and they stay with great managers. We have a rare opportunity for one great manager to fill a new role created by significant business growth. That's right, we're growing and production is at the heart of our growth. If reading this just lit you up (and maybe brought a tear to your eye) read on.
