QA Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily testing tasks including functional testing, performance testing, automation testing, etc
• Participate in requirement reviews, quickly understand specifications, and provide improvement suggestions
• Develop high-quality test cases based on project test plans and ensure project quality and timelines
• Communicate with product and development teams regarding requirements, schedules, and issues
• Accurately identify, track, and report bugs, ensuring timely resolution and escalating risks when necessary
• Deliver high-quality test reports and maintain relevant test documentation upon completion

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related field, with 3+ years of hands-on testing experience
• Proficient in database querying (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis)
• Familiar with Linux systems and common command-line operations
• Skilled in JMeter or other performance testing tools, capable of analyzing test data, breaking down test steps, and identifying system bottlenecks
• Proficient in testing tools (Postman, Fiddler, XMind, etc.); experience in tool development is a plus
• Strong knowledge of Pytest/Selenium/Playwright frameworks, with the ability to maintain and update automation scripts
• Familiar with CI/CD tools (Git, Jira, Jenkins, etc.); detail-oriented, strong logical thinking, fast learner, and eager to explore new technologies
• Excellent communication skills and a strong team player
• Ability to read and understand English documentation
• Experience in financial industry testing is a plus
