Jumper already has over 150k active users, and still we are only now getting started to build it from the ground up - as an independent spin-off. As a Full-Stack Engineer, you would be at the core of this new adventure - completely owning the realization of Jumper’s underlying infrastructure and bringing new ideas to life!

A quick run-down of the job

As Product Lead, you will take full ownership of Jumper’s product direction as we scale our platform and grow our user base. This role places you at the heart of Jumper’s mission to redefine multi-chain DeFi, combining strategy with hands-on execution to drive the product forward.

You’ll shape the future of Jumper by creating a clear product roadmap, fostering team efficiency, and driving collaboration across engineering, design, and marketing.

This is a unique opportunity to influence Jumper’s early-stage growth, set the foundation for its long-term success, and make a significant mark on the crypto space as part of a small, agile, and ambitious team.

What you’ll do

• You'll shape our product's trajectory and ensure its alignment with our overarching roadmap.

• Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of feature prioritization, definition, and tactical roadmap planning for our App/API.

• Collaborating closely with our leadership team and other relevant stakeholders, you'll discuss the priority and complexity of new features, defining them with clear acceptance criteria.

• You'll kickstart and lead technical planning sessions, collaborating closely with our engineering team to ensure alignment with project objectives.

• Handling the various product partnerships with third-party providers.

• Researching new trends and product partnerships to grow our products.

• You'll take charge of planning, coordinating, and tracking releases, while also monitoring product metrics alongside our data analytics team.

• You'll oversee essential tasks such as organizing penetration testing, conducting acceptance testing for new features.

• Ownership of documentation and facilitating daily stand-ups to evaluate progress and address any challenges will also be central to your role.

• Your day-to-day tasks will revolve around ensuring the quality and progress of our product.

• Actively manage feature prioritization, coordinate release schedules, and maintain open communication channels with stakeholders to manage expectations effectively.

• Your primary goal will be to uphold the quality and progress of our product while navigating challenges such as fast-paced, evolving priorities.

What makes you a good candidate

• Relevant previous experience(s) as a Product Manager/Lead in startups and/or small teams, within the Web3/blockchain space.

• Understanding of Web3/crypto concepts from both user and developer perspectives, with practical experience in Web3 technologies.

• Excellent communication skills (oral and written) with a proactive approach to communication.

• Ability to adapt communication style effectively when engaging and working with various stakeholders.

• Highly self-organized with strong organizational skills.

• Independent and self-starting individual with a strong sense of accountability and a collaborative team player mentality.

• Knowledge/passion for new crypto products and new EIP possibilities is a plus.

• Previous founder or builder experience is a plus.

• Experience with software development is a plus.

• Experience with and understanding of Rest APIs, including testing and high-level design is a plus.

• Familiarity with Jira is a plus.
