Our AI photo and video generation models, which power our apps and platforms including Facetune, Photoleap, Videoleap, and LTX Studio, allow creators and brands to leverage the latest research breakthroughs, offering endless control over their creative potential. Our influencer marketing platform, Popular Pays, provides creators the ability to monetize their work and offers brands opportunities to scale their content through tailored creator partnerships.

Lightricks is looking for an exceptional, mission- and vision-oriented, sales leader to lead our sales efforts for LTX Studio. LTX Studio is our recently-launched flagship product, aimed at revolutionizing storytelling by leveraging cutting-edge GenAI technology. 

What you will be doing

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored proposals for influencer and content activations that drive revenue and meet client objectives.
  • Integrate strategic pricing, creative thought starters, and curated creator selections to deliver proposals customized for each social platform and client request.
  • Actively participate in client calls to provide strategic insights and confidently present creative ideas.
  • Work closely with sales, customer success, marketing, and product teams to refine proposals in alignment with market trends and client needs.
  • Assist team leads in developing large-scale proposals and establish effective templates to expedite the proposal creation process.
  • Stay current with emerging social media trends and share timely insights internally with the partnerships team.

Your skills and experience

  • 1+ years of experience in developing social media and/or influencer marketing strategies or creative ideation within an agency, brand, or platform.
  • Solid understanding of the influencer landscape, pricing models, and paid media strategies across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, Facebook, and X.
  • Previous experience in client-facing roles in marketing or advertising, with a genuine enthusiasm for collaborating with sales teams and engaging clients.
  • Proven ability to identify potential creator partners and analyze key performance metrics to ensure campaign success.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of evolving influencer trends and market dynamics.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant certifications from Meta or other recognized platforms.
  • Experience in an agency environment, demonstrating effective multitasking, client management, and strategic problem-solving.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the confidence to speak up and share innovative ideas.
  • Strong ability to prioritize and manage urgent projects effectively.
  • Proven capability to work well with diverse personalities, fostering strong collaboration and teamwork.
  • A creative thinker who consistently generates fresh, innovative solutions.
  • Demonstrated adaptability in fast-paced environments with a proactive, resourceful approach.
  • A strategic mindset that aligns creative initiatives with client goals, coupled with meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Benefits

  • Expected base salary range is $55,000-$80,000
