The Business team is seeking a talented Product Marketing Manager to join our ranks. This role is pivotal in supporting the team that builds innovative products for advertisers, as well as the agencies and third-party partners that empower them. This individual will take ownership of several core responsibilities: shaping product strategies, leading go-to-market efforts for new launches, and spearheading operations for a newly introduced advertiser program. Additionally, this role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-priority initiatives for other Business product teams, including Reels and Creator Ads.

Responsibilities:
Lead operations for a newly introduced advertiser program, collaborating closely with agency partners and internal cross-functional teams.
Oversee go-to-market efforts for product launches, ensuring seamless communication of new features to internal stakeholders, sales teams, and external partners.
Manage high-priority, fast-paced decisions and communications around product and go-to-market strategies.
Proactively identify risks, manage escalations, and drive them through to resolution.
Required Qualifications:
6+ years of relevant work experience in management consulting, business strategy and operations, digital marketing/advertising, investment banking, venture capital, or other analytical fields.
Demonstrated expertise in distilling and simplifying complex concepts.
A proven track record of independent execution, effective project management, and operational excellence.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and manage key stakeholders.
Experience crafting structured frameworks to analyze challenges and propose actionable recommendations.
Contributions to setting strategic direction and executing go-to-market plans.
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required.
