The Senior Technical Consultant is a key technical resource for our Customer Success Organization through the sales and implementation process. The Technical Consultant works closely with our Customer Success Managers, Onboarding Consultants and customers to provide technical assistance, and consulting to ensure smooth onboarding of customers on the LinkedIn Learning Solutions platform. The ideal candidate will be a natural relationship builder with great communication, organization, and technical skills.

Responsibilities:
Lead successful onboarding of customers on LinkedIn Talent Solutions (Hiring and Learning), supporting with integration, authentication, and consulting efforts as needed.
Consult with our largest and most complex customers.
Build trusted, strategic relationships with senior executives at customer organizations
Develop and deliver presentations that explain our products to clients and prospects.
Delight the customers by providing prescriptive consulting on solutions and quickly resolve escalations when required.
Identify, evaluate, and communicate customer trends to leadership in a prompt manner.
Support Sales, and Customer Success Managers as the key technical resource to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Provide input to internal product teams on customer needs and industry trends for product enhancements
Work closely with the product and Engineering teams to stay current on product features and platform changes.
Project lead regarding any product issues, lead investigation of solutions, and communicate the solutions to the appropriate teams.
Lead new hires and consultants on the TC team, acting as a mentor & leader within the group
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years' experience of technical products and projects, especially in a subscription-based business and/or 7+ years of experience working in LinkedIn Products in a Technical Consulting capacity
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications:
A good understanding of Recruiter Products and how they integrate with Applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Oracle and/or Workday, certifications would be a plus.
A good understanding of Learning Management Systems and how they integrate with LinkedIn.
Experience and/or Familiarity with Multi Auth, xAPI, SQL, Learning Record Store, and Learning Experience platforms
Experience with HRIS integrations with major HRIS systems like workday or Oracle
Proven project management capabilities and stakeholder management
Proven experience working with senior executives and complex customers
Keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple customer projects at once.
Knowledge and prior use of case management and collaboration tools like SFDC, Dynamics, Jira or Confluence.
Knowledge and prior experience in Engineering query tools to query Hadoop big data
Solid communication and presentation skills for both technical and business audiences

The pay range for this role is $114,000 to $172,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
