Role Overview
This is not a traditional Executive Assistant role. We are seeking an exceptional strategic partner who will serve as a critical extension of our CEO's operational and strategic capabilities, transforming complex information into actionable tasks and seamless execution.
Decision Making & Anticipation- Develop an intuitive understanding of the CEO's strategic priorities, thought processes, and operational rhythm
- Proactively identify and prioritize the most impactful topics requiring immediate attention and focus
- Distill complex, multi-dimensional information into clear, actionable tasks
- Optimize the CEO's time, presence, and engagement across critical business domains
Communication & Stakeholder Management- Act as a sophisticated communication proxy, representing the CEO with high levels of precision and strategic acumen
- Manage high-stakes interactions with:
- Internal Team; facilitate optimal staff relations and team dynamics.
- External Networks; Interface with A-list contacts and key external stakeholders
- Investors; Navigate complex investor communications with sharp, diplomatic intelligence
Operational Excellence- Manage comprehensive administrative infrastructure including:
- Advanced diary and travel management
- Complex email and communication coordination
- Sophisticated information processing and prioritization
Candidate Profile- Exceptional analytical intelligence with ability to quickly synthesize complex information
- A balance of high IQ and high EQ - seamlessly integrating analytical (Type 1) systematic thinking with intuitive (Type 2) emotional intelligence.
- Strong intuition and strategic anticipation skills. Thinking beyond traditional administrative roles
- Minimal supervision required - must be highly autonomous and self-driven
- Ability to "think and act" as an extension of the CEO's strategic mindset
- Masterful stakeholder management across diverse and challenging environments with high expectation stakeholders
- Sophisticated communication skills across various organizational and external ecosystems
