Job Title: Occupational Therapist
Location: Hammersmith and Fulham
Rate: £35 per hour

An exciting job role has recently become available for an Adult Occupational Therapist to join a dynamic team based in Hammersmith and Fulham.

What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will provide expert assessments and interventions in social care settings. You will manage equipment provision and major adaptations. You will create and interpret diagrams related to patient care and utilize moving and handling skills effectively. Additionally, you will work efficiently in a pressurized environment.

Qualifications and Experiences:
To be successful in this role you must hold a HCPC registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Occupational Therapy at degree level, and have post-qualified experience. You will need a proven background in social care and experience with equipment provision and major adaptations. Proficiency in creating and interpreting diagrams is essential. Moving and handling skills are desirable. You should have the ability to use Mosaic software, possess strong organizational and communication skills, and be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
