How You’ll Make a Difference

Personal injury claims can be complex and confusing and rely heavily on having clear evidence and documentation of the effect the injury or accident has had on a person’s life. The Records and Information Coordinator will be the extra pair of hands that everyone in our office needs, working closely with Records and Information Analysts to request and retrieve client documents and information. They provide reliable administrative support and work collaboratively together to ensure all requests are completed as efficiently as possible.

• Assist Records and Information Analysts in document collection to expedite client claims and support the settlement process
• Ensure team members have all relevant information for their files as quickly as possible by processing received documents from multiple sources (email, fax, external vendor portals)
• Provide day to day administrative support to the records and information team including coordinating and distributing tasks, monitoring the shared email inbox, managing coverage schedules
• Track and monitor our weekly KPIs and share with the team
• Liaise and problem solve with external vendors to ensure records are obtained in a timely manner (including monitoring and following up on outstanding records and paying invoices)
• Be willing to persevere and stand your ground to get the information we need for our clients
• Work collaboratively with the team to provide additional assistance on files as necessary
