The Role:
- Support brokers by managing the end-to-end loan process from file preparation to settlement
- Liaise with clients to collect and verify documentation
- Perform income and expense analysis, serviceability assessments, and prepare loan submissions
- Communicate with lenders and stakeholders to monitor the status of applications
- Provide regular updates to clients to ensure transparency and a smooth journey
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure documentation meets compliance standards
- Assist with post-settlement tasks such as discharge requests, fixed rate rollovers, and client check-ins
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and internal operational efficiency
- Foster positive relationships with clients, lenders, and referral partners
What we're looking for:
We're seeking a Client Services Manager or experienced Loan Processor with:
- Experience working in a mortgage brokerage, aggregator, or bank supporting the home loan process
- A solid understanding of residential lending and loan lifecycle
- Confidence working with clients, brokers, and lenders to move deals forward
- Strong attention to detail, ability to follow processes, and strong file management skills
- A great attitude, coachable, self-motivated, and ready to grow
- Prior experience is advantageous, but we’re open to someone with the right attitude and a formal understanding of home lending
