The Project Management Coordinator should be one of the faces of the team towards our customers and the key actor in gathering requirements and iterate on delivery to make a profound and long-lasting IT impact through Cloud-driven transformation. Our Cloud Adoption work involves a complex delivery of different disciplines that comes together seamlessly, and this position is the architect behind this delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and agree on project meetings with various participants and stakeholders.
• Logging of team, project, and customer appointments.
• Support the team by ensuring an efficient flow of communication between subprojects and different stakeholders.
• Create presentations and project-related documents.
• Capture project status and metrics for presentation and presentation to both the client and the team.
• Support in meeting timelines/deadlines.

This is You:

• Professional experience as a PM or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured and independent way of working.
• knowledge of modern development methods (e.B. Scrum, Kanban).
• Confident in using the Atlassian Suite (Confluence, Trello Jira).
• Required Language: English.
