Your responsibilities:

• Lead and coach the Inside Sales team, focusing on customer satisfaction, commercial growth, and performance development through KPI tracking and training.
• Foster a proactive sales culture, accelerate lead generation, and streamline workflows to boost efficiency and impact.
• Ensure optimal use of ERP and CRM systems, driving data-informed decision-making and process improvements.
• Act as a strategic link between Sales, Distribution, and Management, while also handling customer calls and queries to stay connected with client needs.

• 5+ years leadership experience in Inside Sales, with proven ability to develop high-performing teams
• Strong organizational skills and process-driven mindset, comfortable in a KPI-based environment
• Demonstrated experience with CRM and ERP systems, driving data-informed decision-making
• Commercial acumen and technical affinity
