The Role
As a Customer Success Specialist, you’ll be the go-to partner for a portfolio of Bitcoin mining clients. From onboarding to daily support, you’ll ensure they stay online, efficient, and responsive to market signals.
This role combines technical support, remote operations, and product feedback — perfect for someone who understands mining workflows and knows how to help real operators solve real problems.
You’ll be embedded in the day-to-day reality of mining sites and act as a trusted extension of our clients’ teams.
What You’ll Do
- Onboard new clients: from setting up agents to helping them configure pools, payouts, network settings, and energy automation
- Provide day-to-day technical support for miners across North America
- Troubleshoot issues across ASICs, firmware, site networking, energy controls, and curtailment integrations
- Monitor client environments, flag anomalies, and proactively reach out when needed
- Be the remote eyes and ears for our clients — acting as their trusted operations contact
- Communicate client feedback to our product team and assist in validating fixes and updates
- Maintain internal documentation and help improve client-facing guides, setup steps, and training materials
Who You Are
You’ve worked inside mining operations or closely supported them. You understand ASICs, firmware, and why uptime is important. You're proactive, organized, and thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes environments. Most of all, you enjoy helping people and know that solid support builds trust. As our client base grows, we’re looking for someone who knows the mining stack and can help clients stay online, stay compliant, and stay profitable.
What You Bring
- 2–4 years of experience in Bitcoin mining operations, technical support, or account-facing technical roles
- Strong understanding of ASIC hardware, pools, firmware, networking (static IPs, DHCP, port configs), and VPN setups
- Comfortable working with monitoring dashboards, config files, Telegram groups, and basic scripts or CLI tools
- Excellent communication skills — able to talk to technical clients and clearly document what’s needed
- Reliable, organized, and self-directed — able to handle multiple clients and track issues without micromanagement
- A strong interest in Bitcoin and a desire to work at the heart of infrastructure
