Location: Midtown Manhattan. This role requires 2-3 days a week in-office, with flexibility to work remotely or in person the other days.

We are seeking a motivated and driven Sales and Partnerships Manager with 2-5 years of experience, preferably in B2B sales. This individual will work closely with the Head of Business Development and the Chief Revenue Officer, playing a key role in driving new business, managing existing client relationships, and collaborating on new revenue streams. The ideal candidate will also work with our marketing, operations, and data teams to ensure the needs of customers and prospects are met.

• Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their goals and customizing Uncharted’s offerings to meet their needs
• Manage the end-to-end sales process: from lead generation to closing deals
• Collaborate with the Head of Business Development and Chief Revenue Officer to ideate and implement new revenue streams
• Work closely with the marketing, operations, and data teams to relay customer needs and internal requirements for successful sales execution
• Maintain and update sales pipelines, ensuring timely follow-ups and communications
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Represent Uncharted at external events, meetings, and industry conferences
• 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B environments
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Highly organized with a proactive mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, lean startup environment
• Self-motivated, responsible, and eager to contribute to a growing company
• Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
• Willingness to travel as needed
