We are seeking an energetic problem solver to join the rapidly growing Logik.io team. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting technical sales efforts and establishing trust with Sales and IT partners at our customers. You will develop custom demonstrations, respond to RFPs, lead customer presentations, and design, develop, deploy, and maintain standard demonstration environments. You will support our rapid sales growth in a fast-paced, collaborative and fun environment.


Responsibilities
  • Conduct discovery sessions and standard demos to determine customer needs. Serve as a trusted technical resource during the pre-sales process, collaborating with Sales to identify customer requirements and develop tailored content.
  • Lead technical deep dive sessions, customer workshops, and custom demo builds to showcase product capabilities. 
  • Collaborate with Sales and Pre Sales team members to identify new market trends and use cases for technical content development. Serve as a liaison between Sales and Product/Marketing to deliver technical messaging on new product functionality.
  • Provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams based on customer insights and market trends to enhance the solution's capabilities.
  • Partner with Customer Success to ensure successful post-sales transitions and early adoption.
  • Collaborate with Sales to create and deliver demonstrations tailored to emerging industries and niche markets.
  • Develop and maintain a library of technical content and resources to support Sales in new customer engagements.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in configurator technology and partner ecosystems like Salesforce and Adobe.
  • Explore new use cases for the company’s solutions based on evolving customer needs and market trends.


Qualifications:
  • 2–4 years of experience in a technical role, with a strong interest in pre-sales and solution consulting within SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Basic understanding of middleware, APIs, and scripting languages such as JavaScript or JSON.
  • Knowledge of cloud-native applications and API-driven architectures, demonstrated through professional experience, academic projects, or internships.
  • Exposure to SaaS platforms supporting multiple user personas (e.g., admin and end-user interfaces) through work experience, coursework, or personal projects.
  • Proven ability to support the development and customization of technical solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Strong communication skills with a demonstrated ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Adaptability, a continuous learning mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred


The compensation for this role starts at $95,000.


Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Through our interview process, we will review your background, market data, and use a mix of technical and qualitative assessments to determine where you fall in our range. We will talk about compensation in our first conversation and be transparent throughout our process.
