Love, Bonito is a digital-first company on a mission to empower the everyday Asian woman and inspire self-confidence. We are Southeast Asia’s leading womenswear brand, headquartered in Singapore, with an omnichannel presence across Hong Kong SAR China, Indonesia, Malaysia and a retail franchise in Cambodia. In addition, we have also expanded into international markets namely the Philippines and the United States of America.
Founded in 2010, we are proudly female-founded with more than 65% female representation in leadership roles (#girlpower!). We raised a US$50M Series C round in 2021 and know that we’re on the cusp of something great, where we’re working towards becoming the most thoughtful brand globally, for the Asian female consumer, especially when it comes to our products, community and experiences.

The role
You are our in-house social media & community experiences guru with solid hands-on experience in developing a brand-centric social media & community (online & offline) strategy. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the overall content creation, brand awareness, reach, engagement and elevation of Love, Bonito’s social media presence and online & offline community experiences in the Philippines through thoughtful and refreshing storytelling.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and roll-out of our social media strategy, content planning and storytelling framework on organic social channels - Instagram and Facebook with a consumer-first data-centric approach for Love, Bonito
- As the channel expert, to work closely with cross-functions and teams to brainstorm, plan, and develop social content and experiences for all local social media channels in a timely manner
- Monitor, track, analyse and report on social media performances using tools and individual platform’s reporting features
- Continuously test and optimize our organic social media channels, audiences, visual creatives, and copy
- Effectively grow, manage and engage with our community on social media and other offline or online experiences
Qualifications & Experience
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience with an omnichannel or direct-to-consumer brand, ideally with comprehensive experience on social media management.
- Proficiency in a video-editing softwares such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro
- Prior experience in creating engaging short-form video content for social media
- Comfortable being in front of the camera
- Prior experience in photography and videography will be a plus!
- Relevant degree in business, marketing or other relevant fields
- Solid hands-on experience in social media strategy, content planning, creative art direction, content writing, and digital marketing
- Prior experience utilizing social media performance analytics platforms (eg Brandwatch, Falcon, Iconosquare, Klear), google analytics and Tableau
- Analytical, numerate and proficient in Excel
- Strong and effective communicator and a reliable team player
- Past experience in a high growth, fast-paced and dynamic environment
