Position Title: Junior Creator Success Account Executive

About the role

As a Junior Creator Success Account Executive at LTK, you will oversee creator support operations across multiple platforms, ensuring seamless communication and satisfaction. In collaboration with the marketing team, you'll design educational content and resources that empower creators to optimize their performance. You will act as an expert in the LTK ecosystem, proactively addressing challenges and developing solutions to improve the creator experience. By analyzing data, trends, and feedback, you’ll identify opportunities for process improvements and growth, while fostering strong relationships through personalized support. This role requires a solutions-oriented mindset, strong communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining a high-performance culture that supports creator success.

How you will make an impact

  • Manage creator support operations across multiple platforms and channels, ensuring seamless communication and satisfaction at every touchpoint.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and develop educational content, training materials, and resources that empower creators to optimize their presence and performance on the platform.
  • Become an expert in the LTK ecosystem, understanding both the creator experience and platform functionalities to deliver tailored solutions that professionalize and elevate our creator base.
  • Proactively identify and address creator challenges, quickly developing and implementing solutions to ensure creators' needs are met efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide data-driven insights and reporting on creator performance, trends, and feedback, using this information to inform strategies for improvement, highlight opportunities, and drive business growth.
  • Continuously analyze creator feedback and market trends to suggest process improvements, new features, and other enhancements that can support a more streamlined and effective creator experience.
  • Develop and execute engagement strategies that foster strong relationships with creators, offering personalized support via in-person interactions, virtual meetings, phone, text, or email.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated creator inquiries or issues, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining positive creator relationships.

What you will bring to LTK

Technical / Educational Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of client facing experience in a B2B/B2C setting 
  • Fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish (is a plus)
  • Proficiency with general office software (Excel, Word, Google Docs, Google Apps)

  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once while maintaining attention to detail

  • Strong interest in eCommerce, social commerce and the evolving creator landscape.
