We are seeking a dynamic Communication and Content Senior Specialist to manage and enhance our communication activities across multiple platforms. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent language skills in both Arabic and English, and the ability to coordinate a range of tasks, from social media management to content creation and publication oversight.
Social Media Management:
• Review content and designs for social media channels to ensure quality and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Schedule and post content across all platforms.
• Monitor engagement metrics and community interactions.
• Produce and analyze regular performance reports.
Content Management:
• Review, edit, and proofread all communication content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
• Create compelling written content (copywriting) when needed.
• Manage both owned and non-owned content channels, ensuring timely and strategic publishing.
Publishing and Distribution:
• Coordinate the distribution of communications and messages across multiple platforms.
• Manage activities related to the production of a monthly magazine.
Technical Tools Management:
• Administer tools used for scheduling posts, monitoring social media performance, and collecting customer feedback.
• Maintain and update information on Google Maps.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Strong skills in copywriting, editing, and proofreading.
• Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
