Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to ensure our operations run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll play a key role in managing daily administrative tasks, managing and maintaining office space organization, and facilitating communication across departments and suppliers.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Coordinate travel arrangements for team members and assist with other administrative tasks
- Documentation: Record and track office budgets, ensuring all expenses are accounted for and align with financial goals
- Office Management: Oversee office supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring the workplace remains functional, efficient, and secured. Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure uninterrupted operations
- Event Planning: Help organize company events, meetings, or training sessions, including logistics and preparation of materials.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and implement solutions.
- Guests Reception: Ensure all office visitors are warmly welcomed, logged in, and directed appropriately.
- Delivery Coordination: Handle and log incoming and outgoing office deliveries, ensuring accurate tracking and timely distribution
- Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role (2+ years preferred).
- Experience in managing an office space
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
