🗨️ About the Position
We seek a motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to oversee our chest and breast AI customer management in the DACH region. This role is crucial in ensuring that our clients effectively adopt and utilize our Lunit AI solutions, driving customer satisfaction and long-term partnership success.
🚩 Roles & Responsibilities
- Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in the EMEA region, particularly in the area of Lunit’s AI commercial products. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships.
- Customer Onboarding: Lead new client onboarding processes, ensuring seamless integration and adoption of AI solutions to the customer’s workflow.
- Account Management: Conduct regular account reviews, providing insights and recommendations to optimize the use of our solutions while addressing any client concerns.
- Success Enablement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and ensure our solutions effectively meet their needs.
- Feedback Gathering: Gather customer feedback and work closely with the product development team to drive continuous improvement and innovation of breast and chest AI solutions.
- Training and Support: Coordinate and deliver training sessions to enhance user expertise and ensure optimal utilization of our solutions.
- Market Insight: Stay updated on radiology industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide clients with the most relevant and strategic insights.
🎯Qualifications
- 3–5 years of relevant experience required
- Native in German and fluent in English
- Experience in product specialist/application specialist/medical informatics functions in the medical imaging or medical IT industry dimension
- Project engagement and management experience
- Knowledge of deep learning technology or AI applications in medical imaging or data
- Excellent written and verbal English communication, presentation skills and the ability to plan/execute educational sessions
- Ability to work independently in a field location (with occasional travel)
- Ability to build strong working relationships with peers
- Desirable: clinical experience as a radiographer, technologist, or biomedical engineer
