Design Project Coordinator

As the Design Project Coordinator, you’ll oversee the build-out of our client’s websites.

The websites should incorporate the client’s vision in a creative manner and must be a robust representation of what they are trying to accomplish.

Every single website that we deliver to our clients must level up to our standards.- As such, you must have an incredible eye for design and phenomenal attention to detail.

This is a challenging and highly visible role in the company. You will be entrusted with overseeing the build of each client’s website while ensuring the new website is a branded yet elevated version of their existing online presence.

Only those who love optimizing processes, have an eye for design and have exceptional pride in their work need to apply.

Skills + Areas of Competence:

- Understanding what amazing design looks like and articulating the details thanks to your understanding of UX/UI best practices

- Anticipating and understanding client vision, translating them into actionable next steps

- Identifying problems and proposing solutions

- Using software and tools to help yourself and your team stay organized and on schedule

- Maintaining an amazingly high bar for website quality and design; you love the details and won’t compromise

- Lead and collaborate with a diverse, global team of Website Builders and Data Specialists. (Our team members are spread across multiple time zones)

Experience:

- 1-3 years experience in media agency campaign execution, or creative operations for a design or tech company

- Experience managing a distributed team

- An interest in the luxury real estate industry (a passion is a plus)

- A strong portfolio of work in website design or another creative field

- Previous success working in fast-paced, high-volume environments and delivering every time

- Previous experience with platforms similar to Squarespace, Shopify, WordPress etc.

- HTML, CSS knowledge (preferred)

- Enthusiasm, friendly and sunny disposition
