LV is looking for a dynamic Sales and Training Intern to supercharge the performance of LV’s leasing and marketing teams! You’ll help shape the tools, training, and onboarding experiences that energize new team members and equip them for success in the sales process. If you’ve got a love for training, systems, storytelling, and getting stuff done (GSD!), you’ll fit right in.
Job Responsibilities
Training & Development:
- Create effective training materials and onboarding resources for on-site LV leasing teams, covering both day-to-day operations and big-picture strategy
- Build and organize content in our Learning Management System (LMS), including video scripts, walkthroughs, and step-by-step guides
- Support training on core tech tools including HubSpot (CRM and lead nurturing), Heymarket (texting platform), our websites and resource center, and the Entrata leasing system
- Provide clarity and support around leasing performance metrics using internal tracking tools and spreadsheets
- Assist in editing and transcribing training videos, ensuring clarity, pacing, and flow
Sales Strategy & Mapping:
- Document and streamline every stage of our sales process, from lead generation and nurturing strategies to in-person leasing tactics and closing procedures
- Develop guides, training, and visual resources to help LV team members understand and implement the sales strategy across markets
Onboarding & Team Enablement:
- Build onboarding materials that introduce new hires to LV’s culture, values, team structure, and leasing and marketing strategy
- Create role-specific guides and checklists to help new LV team members ramp up quickly and confidently
- Support the development of training around property-specific branding and marketing guidelines to ensure consistency within each local market
- Assist in planning and facilitating introductory sessions and learning milestones throughout the onboarding journey
Performance & Feedback:
- Review performance trends and training gaps to recommend updates or improvements to materials and processes
- Assist with rollout of new tools and resources based on evolving needs and feedback from teams in the field
Other:
- Assist with other duties and special projects as assigned
- Ability to work late or on weekends may be required
Education & Experience
- Current college student in pursuit of a degree, preferably in Communications, Education, Marketing, Business, or related fields
- Strong writing and storytelling skills
- Proficient in Google Drive and Microsoft Office
- Prior sales or leasing experience is a plus

Team & Work Schedule
- Work schedule to be determined upon hire. Schedule is flexible, but hours should be consistent.
- Minimum 20 hours per week required.
- This is an in-person position at our headquarters in Austin, Texas
This paid internship will run from May 2025 to August 2025 with the possibility to continue into the fall. The internship will be approximately 20-30 hours per week. Pay is $15 per hour.
